Service scope
- MenuLink provides interactive QR menus, restaurant presentation pages, design setup, media preparation, and related support.
- Some features depend on the selected package, restaurant content, third-party integrations, and active subscription status.
- We may improve or replace features when needed to keep the service secure, reliable, and useful.

Restaurant responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate menu names, prices, descriptions, allergens, images, and contact details.
- You must have the rights to use any logos, photos, videos, text, brand assets, and other material you send to MenuLink.
- You agree to review your public menu before sharing QR codes with guests.

Payments and access
- Paid services, setup work, custom design, and subscriptions must be paid according to the agreed offer or invoice.
- Access may be limited, paused, or removed if payments are overdue, content is abusive, or the service is misused.
- Prices and package details may change, but active customers will be informed before changes affect them.

Limitations
- MenuLink is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed at every moment.
- We are not responsible for restaurant operations, food safety, guest disputes, or incorrect information supplied by the restaurant.
- Our total responsibility is limited to the amount paid for the affected service period where allowed by law.
